Do you install the fireplaces?
We are pleased to recommend independent Gas Safe or HETAS engineers for your installations - they will provide a free, no-obligation survey and will help you accordingly.
Do you do spare parts?
We do sell spare parts for the products we currently supply. In order for us to secure the correct part, we will need the brand and model name, serial number and the name of the part you require. If a product is ex display, we would need to order parts from the manufacturer. There is usually a 3-5 week lead time for this (depending on the manufacturer). Once with us, you can collect your part/s from our store or we can arrange delivery at a low cost.
I struggled to source downlighter replacements for my fireplace which is more than 8 years old. I phoned Universal Fires & Stoves, Anthony was so helpful even though they don’t stock the lights. I sent an email with photos as he suggested and within days Dawn left me a delightful voice mail as well as an email to confirm the manufacturer would be sending out replacements. I was blown away by the level of customer service - so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
